Costs around £50 quid and is an easy diy install. May not be your problem but at least it's one area ruled out. I had a recent run-in with a well-known problem “family”, the father threatened to petrol-bomb mine, and my elderly parent’s houses, smack my 5-year-old son “in the mouth” and generally, and rather laughably invite my wife and into our own front-garden “to have it out”. Yes, I could have probably taken him down, I hate fighting and don’t believe it is the answer to social problems, but I’m 20 years younger than him, in much better shape and I don’t rely on drink and drugs to make me brave. But, a quick glance to my right revealed that he had an audience of about 5-6 chav yobs, including his son and his girlfriend, and his slag of a wife, all there, camera phones at the ready, waiting in baited breath for me to either lose, and get video of their victory to send to their equally stupid friends (and delete it before the police question them), or alternatively, I win, batter the fat prat and they have all the evidence required for my conviction. These moronic scumbags and their blatant stupidity really infuriate me, but alas, we have no system in place to put them in theirs! The "ASBO" is a badge of honour for some of the vermin. So I sympathise with you, I really do, and hope, nay PRAY that something gets implemented to rid this, and other countries of this disease of ASBO filth culture. Plus, I wouldn’t try reporting one of the “problem child” house thugs with intent on getting them in court; with them being in “sheltered care” it is highly unlikely you will get anywhere, and the chances are an entire field full of social workers, leftie reprobates and state-funded solicitors would have been ready and waiting to use every conceivable by-law, piece of crap legislature and trick to make you look like a bully who hates youths, and a hardened criminal who eats children and spits bullets, all at your cost, both financially and to your well-being/health. These scum are NOT the victims of a crumbling social system where community liasons, community spirit, and neighbourly chatter are no longer existant, they are the CAUSE.
